This document is issued in English and Greek. If there is a difference in meaning, the English text prevails for interpretation, without limiting your rights under EU / Cyprus law.

- the courier partner portal at https://riders.zeus.com.cy
- the RoyalZeus Rider apps for iOS and Android (bundle ID

Courier partners using RoyalZeus are independent contractors, not employees of RoyalZeus Global Advisors Ltd.

2. What this policy covers / Τι καλύπτει
This policy applies to personal data processed when you:
- visit or log in to the portal
- register as a courier partner
- use the RoyalZeus Rider iOS or Android app
- contact support
- scan or display a partner verification QR inside the app
- act as HQ / staff in the admin tools
It does not apply to Bolt or other third-party platforms you use with your own accounts.

We do not sell personal data.
We do not use your data for advertising profiles.
Face ID / fingerprint stay on your device. They are not sent to our servers.
4. Camera, photos, notifications / Κάμερα, φωτογραφίες, ειδοποιήσεις
- Camera: only if you choose to scan a partner QR or an IBAN certificate.
- Save to gallery: only if you choose to save your partner card image to the phone.
- Notifications: operational messages (documents, tickets, partnership status) only if you allow them on the device. They are not marketing.
- QR verification: the QR is a pointer. The app always checks live with RoyalZeus. Results are shown only inside this app.

Identity documents are processed because they are necessary for the partnership and compliance, not for marketing.
6. Who we share data with / Με ποιους τα μοιραζόμαστε
We share data only as needed:
- HQ staff of RoyalZeus who review documents, payouts and tickets
- Hosting / IT providers that host riders.zeus.com.cy in the EU (currently our website host)
- Email / communications providers used to send service emails
- Apple / Google as app-store platforms (they process what the operating system and store require)
- Authorities if the law requires it
Bolt does not receive your vault files from us through this app. You keep your own Bolt account.
We do not sell or rent your data.
7. Where data is stored / Πού αποθηκεύονται
Partner data for the portal and apps is stored for the service on systems used to run https://riders.zeus.com.cy, intended to be in the European Union. If a provider must process data outside the EU, we require GDPR-appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses).
8. How long we keep data / Διατήρηση
- Active partners: for as long as the partnership runs.
- After it ends: as long as Cyprus / EU law and accounting / compliance require (typically up to several years for financial and identity records).
- Support tickets: while needed to resolve the issue and for a reasonable follow-up period.
- Rejected / unused uploads: may be replaced when you upload a new file; we keep what is needed for the review trail.
- Device unlock (Face ID): not stored by us.
9. Security / Ασφάλεια
We use HTTPS, access control for HQ tools, and least-privilege staff access. No method of transmission is 100% secure. You must keep your password and device lock under your control.
10. Children / Ανήλικοι
RoyalZeus Rider is for adult courier partners. We do not knowingly onboard anyone under 18.
11. Automated decisions / Αυτοματοποιημένες αποφάσεις
Partnership approval and document review are carried out by RoyalZeus staff. We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you without human involvement.
12. Your rights / Τα δικαιώματά σας
Under GDPR you may request:
- access
- rectification
- erasure
- restriction
- portability
- objection to processing based on legitimate interests
- withdrawal of consent where we rely on consent (this does not affect past lawful processing)

We may need to verify it is you. Some records we must keep by law cannot be fully erased.

13. Cookies / Cookies
The portal uses cookies that are needed to log you in and make the site work. These are not advertising cookies. If we ever use optional analytics cookies, we will ask where the law requires it.

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use of the portal or app after an update means you should read the new text. Material changes may also be shown in the app or by email.

2. Πεδίο
Η πολιτική αφορά όσους εγγράφονται, συνδέονται στο portal, χρησιμοποιούν την εφαρμογή, στέλνουν αιτήματα υποστήριξης, εμφανίζουν ή σαρώνουν QR κάρτας συνεργάτη, ή εργάζονται ως προσωπικό HQ. Δεν καλύπτει τον λογαριασμό σας σε Bolt ή άλλες πλατφόρμες.
3. Δεδομένα
Επεξεργαζόμαστε: ονοματεπώνυμο, email, τηλέφωνο, σύνδεση, γλώσσα, courier ID, πόλη εξυπηρέτησης, στοιχεία οχήματος όπου δίνονται, IBAN / τράπεζα / BIC / δικαιούχο, ταυτότητα ή άδεια διαμονής, πιστοποιητικό IBAN, φωτογραφία συνεργάτη, άλλα έγγραφα που ανεβάζετε, tickets, μισθοδοσία / σύμβαση όταν σας τα διαθέτουμε, έκδοση εφαρμογής και στοιχεία συσκευής που χρειάζονται για τη λειτουργία. Δεν πουλάμε δεδομένα. Δεν κάνουμε διαφημιστικά προφίλ. Face ID / αποτύπωμα μένουν στη συσκευή σας.
4. Κάμερα και ειδοποιήσεις
Κάμερα μόνο αν επιλέξετε σάρωση QR ή IBAN. Αποθήκευση στην gallery μόνο αν το επιλέξετε. Ειδοποιήσεις λειτουργίας μόνο αν τις επιτρέψετε στη συσκευή. Το QR είναι δείκτης· η επαλήθευση γίνεται ζωντανά από τη RoyalZeus και εμφανίζεται μόνο μέσα στην εφαρμογή.
5. Νομικές βάσεις
Σύμβαση συνεργασίας (άρθρο 6(1)(β) GDPR), νομική υποχρέωση Κύπρου / ΕΕ (6(1)(γ)), έννομο συμφέρον για ασφάλεια, απάτη, λειτουργία στόλου και υποστήριξη (6(1)(στ)), συγκατάθεση για κάμερα, gallery, προαιρετικές ειδοποιήσεις και μη απαραίτητα cookies (6(1)(α)).
6. Αποδέκτες
Προσωπικό HQ, πάροχος φιλοξενίας στην ΕΕ, πάροχοι email, Apple / Google ως πλατφόρμες καταστημάτων, αρχές όπου απαιτεί ο νόμος. Η Bolt δεν λαμβάνει τα αρχεία του vault σας μέσω αυτής της εφαρμογής.
7. Τόπος
Τα δεδομένα του portal φυλάσσονται για τη λειτουργία του riders.zeus.com.cy, με πρόθεση εντός ΕΕ. Εκτός ΕΕ μόνο με κατάλληλες εγγυήσεις GDPR.
8. Διατήρηση
Όσο διαρκεί η συνεργασία και μετά όσο απαιτούν λογιστική, συμμόρφωση και ο νόμος. Tickets όσο χρειάζεται για επίλυση και εύλογη παρακολούθηση. Το Face ID δεν το αποθηκεύουμε εμείς.
9. Ασφάλεια
HTTPS, έλεγχος πρόσβασης HQ. Κανένα σύστημα δεν είναι απολύτως ασφαλές. Προστατεύετε κωδικό και κλείδωμα συσκευής.
10. Ανήλικοι
Η υπηρεσία είναι για ενήλικες συνεργάτες. Δεν εγγράφουμε εν γνώσει μας άτομα κάτω των 18.
11. Αυτοματοποιημένες αποφάσεις
Έγκριση συνεργασίας και εγγράφων γίνεται από προσωπικό. Δεν λαμβάνουμε αποκλειστικά αυτοματοποιημένες αποφάσεις με έννομα αποτελέσματα χωρίς ανθρώπινο έλεγχο.
12. Δικαιώματα
