This page explains how to ask us to delete your courier partner account and related data.

How to request deletion / Πώς ζητάτε διαγραφή

Do one of the following:

  1. Email (fastest)
    Send a message to info@zeus.com.cy
    Subject: Account deletion — RoyalZeus Rider
    Include: full name, username, email used in the app, and courier ID if you have it.
    Use the same email as your partner account.
  2. From the app
    Open RoyalZeus Rider → More → Support (or a ticket) → ask to delete your account.
    You can also use More → My data export first, if you want a copy of your data.
  3. Phone
    +357 22 23 28 28 (ask for account deletion, RoyalZeus Rider)

We will confirm it is you, then process the request. We aim to complete it within 30 days.

What we delete / Τι διαγράφεται

When the request is approved we remove or disable:

  • login / username so you can no longer sign in
  • app access to profile, documents vault, tickets, partner card
  • contact details used only to run the app (where the law allows)
  • files in the vault that we are not required to keep

What we may keep / Τι μπορεί να κρατηθεί

Some records must be kept under Cyprus / EU law (accounting, tax, partnership / payout compliance), for example:

  • identity / onboarding files needed for the legal file
  • IBAN and payment history needed for accounting
  • records we must keep for a dispute or authority request

These are not used to keep you in the app. They are stored only as long as the law / accounting rules require, then deleted or anonymised.

After deletion

You will not be able to sign in to RoyalZeus Rider or the courier portal with that account. If you partner with us again later, you must register as a new partner.

Για διαγραφή λογαριασμού RoyalZeus Rider στείλτε email στο info@zeus.com.cy με θέμα Account deletion — RoyalZeus Rider και το ονοματεπώνυμο, username και email του λογαριασμού. Ή από την εφαρμογή: Περισσότερα → Υποστήριξη.

Διαγράφουμε την πρόσβαση (login, vault, tickets, κάρτα συνεργάτη). Κρατάμε μόνο ό,τι απαιτεί ο νόμος Κύπρου / ΕΕ (π.χ. λογιστική, πληρωμές, φάκελος συμμόρφωσης), και μόνο για όσο χρειάζεται.
